Business Model Summary

Terramax Entertainment, LLC (Terramax) is a multicultural media content company committed to the development and production of Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) that are used to generate revenues from a number of different new media platforms, including, but not limited to: The World Wide Web, TV Networks, Cable Television, Wireless Systems, Satellite TV and INTERNETV.

Using the fast growing US Hispanic market as a base for success, Terramax has gathered the strategic management to produce and market interactive Internet-based entertaining programs — music, live events, and traditional media — such as motion pictures and television programs.

Value Proposition

Terramax provides investors, advertisers and sponsors the opportunity to reach the huge US Hispanic market by delivering exciting programming to a variety of screens — TVs (networks & cable), computers, cell phones, iPods. Terramax content library includes films, videos, music, live events, interactive long and short format webisodes, and other forms of entertainment specifically designed for our core viewing and listening public.

The Market

There are over 100 million homes in America that are wired with cable; and over 80 million homes are connected to the Internet. A Fall 2006, Pew Internet Project's Broadband Adoption Report notes that there was a 56% increase in broadband adoption, from 28% in 2005 to 41% in 2006; and projections for 2007 are in the high 70 percentile. Hispanics are connecting to new media at an even higher rate.

Terramax has created innovative programming for the world-wide-web and is poised to join the success of such online Websites as MySpace.Com and Youtube.com, as well as the success of such reality programs as American Idol.

The Products

Terramax acquires Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) and develops them to produce motion pictures, television programs, documentaries, and has acquired distribution rights for film, television programs, books, DVDs and CD products for exploitation on a worldwide basis under the brand "Tropical Entertainment Products".

The demand for IPRs as they relate to motion pictures, television programs, documentaries, music, books and home entertainment products, has become a multibillion dollar market. Terramax is in a unique position to acquire and produce products for the English and/or Spanish language markets which are the two most important arenas in the worldwide entertainment industry.

Marketing and Distribution

Terramax coordinates its marketing and distribution efforts and in some cases obtains distribution arrangements from U.S. and foreign independent distribution companies while the products are in production. The various channels of distribution for entertainment products has increased to include: Movie theaters, Pay TV, Home Video DVD, Cable TV, Free TV and non-theatrical such as Airlines, Cruise ships, Schools, etc.

The Management Team

The success of every business is dependent upon the knowledge and years of experience that its management possesses. Terramax and the management team which has been brought together, along with its Board of Advisors, as well as, the strategic alliances which have been assembled, comprise a company core whose whole is truly greater than the sum of its parts:
