La Corte Americana also allows for the audience and home viewers to comment and add to the case discussion in an interactive manner (The usage of the Internet). After the session of comments, queries and overall discussion, the audience and viewers will have the opportunity to vote as to which, in-their-opinion, will be the outcome or verdict of the dramatized court case. After such voting session, the host of La Corte en America will announce the actual verdict and explain the legal reasons for such decision.

The show will feature several segments, such as investigative reports, telephone queries from viewers and educational segments explaining the nuances of the United States' legal system and how it applies to their particular situation, thus giving the growing Hispanic population of over 40 million an opportunity to learn about their legal rights.
